Heuristic Evaluation Project

SunPass App redesign

If You live in Florida its most likely that you use SunPass.

SunPass is a Prepaid Toll Program operated by the Florida department of transportation. It is estimated that there are over 27million Sunpass customer accounts.

However, as with many government owned companies the design of its mobile App isn´t great; with less than 2 star ratings for IOS users and just over 3 star ratings for android users.

Together with a team of UX designers we embarked on a mission to evaluate the Sunpass App heuristic violations and suggest improvements.
